great nearby parks and attractions for city explorers

during my stay, I loved how close the Hayward Japanese Gardens were, perfect for a stroll, and there were plenty of delicious dining options nearby, like House of Pho just down the street, giving me a taste of local flavors after my adventures. as a solo traveler, having a comfortable space to unwind after long walks around the city was a bonus for me.

Recommend it for couples needing a break

The place was surprisingly clean and bright, the decor was nice and inviting. The breakfast was pretty solid, I mean fresh fruit every morning, can't complain about that.

The included breakfast was surprisingly filling, and the A/C worked flawlessly. I appreciate when places take the time to provide decent meals, it just makes everything a bit easier.

i had a relaxing stay at la quinta with a cozy vibe. the room was clean and stocked with essentials. plus, the outdoor pool was a nice touch for unwinding after a long day.

The room was spacious, which was a nice surprise. The shower had plenty of room too, and that was great for a comfortable start to the day. It was pretty quiet overall, so I slept well, which is a must for me. But the chair at the desk was definitely worn out. Could use some updates for sure.

The hotel was a great base for visiting Golden Tee Golfland and Monarch Bay Golf Club, both super fun spots to hit up. Breakfast was decent, and we enjoyed the spacious rooms, perfect for our group. Overall a solid stay! Just a heads up, breakfast ends early, so plan accordingly.

There was a hiccup with towels. our room only had two when there were four of us. It would’ve been nice to have enough for everyone, especially during our morning rush.

It was just an excellent fit for a short interlude in Hayward with very good value for money. The breakfast was great and had a good variety of options that helped start the day right. Bring an extra chair if you need one since the accommodations might not meet everyone's needs.
